John asks…
If you had the chance to interview any celebrity, who would it be and what would you ask them?
This is not strictly a what-if question. I have actually been given the permission by a teen magazine to interview the celebrity of my choice. I need some ideas! Part of me wants to interview a musician like Vanessa Carlton or Michelle Branch but another part of me knows I need to interview someone the majority of people recognize… It can be anyone from Laura Bush to Dana Carvey to Zac Efron.
Unfortunately they have to be alive. If not, John Lennon would be my first choice, no doubt.
admin answers:
Can the celebrity be dead? XD
If so, John Lennon. No question.
I’d ask him about a ton of things;;
What it was like, being in a band that revolutionized music,
If he could change anything in his life, what would it be,
&& Tons more stuff.
If not, then Ringo Starr.
Basically the same things up there.^^

Should Celebrities and Athletes take Responsibility in Being a Role Model?
Why are there so many athletes and celebrities these days failing as role models? Should they bear any responsibility at all for being role models to society? After all, they are the people whom we look up to; especially children and young adults. At some point of our lives, (no matter how old) we have had some kind of role model, for most it was a celebrity or sports figure; a role model was anyone appealing. Now the sad thing is in today’s society, we put way too much emphasis on these role models. We manipulate or adopt what we see like clothing, behavior, hairstyles, and actions; the media. In other words, Hollywood sets the norms, and society follows. This is one of the reasons why it is critical that celebrities and athletes need to recognize their impact upon the public. Children are always watching and observing adult behavior partly because adults are the ones who have answers to questions. While parents can control what children are exposed to, they cannot completely shield children from the onslaught of Hollywood trends that flash in front of their eyes: commercials, billboards, movies, and on tv.
“I am a role model and if I don’t step up or stand up for the issues that are important to the people, then I take just as much to blame as a 50 cent or a Snoop Dogg.”
Rapper KRS-One once said during a telephone interview (McKevie 1). There are those celebrities out there who are willing to take the consequences and responsibility of their actions, and KRS-One is one of the few. As I was growing up, I remember that the major celebrities of that time were people like Britney Spears. I used to idolize Britney Spears like many others, up until the time she started going downhill. Back in the late 90’s, she was famous for her beauty, singing, and personality. But now she is popular for the opposite; to have a laugh out of her because of the sluttyness, drugs, and divorce, etc. When a junior high student was asked what he thought of Spears now, this is what he said: “I used to like Britney Spears when I was younger…I mean, she shaved her head for Pete’s sake. What’s going on with her?” (McKevie 2). So, why is it that the media publicizes more of the negative side of Hollywood? I think it is because in reality, people tend to be more interested and engaged in the Hollywood scandals. Hence, it also makes a lot of money and brings in millions of viewers. For example, the TV show, “TMZ” exposes celebrities and athletes in reality, and shows the ugly side of the famous. When it first aired on the Internet in 2005, it had 120 plus viewers per month, (an additional 9 million compared to “Extra” and “Access Hollywood”) (FOX news 1).

120 plus viewers per month? You have to edit that for one.
Sandy asks…
Why do people look to their left or right after being asked a question?
I mean, I know it has to do with the fact that they’re thinking of an answer, whether it takes 2 seconds or 15 seconds, or a split second.
I was watching interviews of various celebrities, both male & female – and immediately after being asked something, they all look down to the right or left just before giving their answer.
I’m sure I do this to, as do most people – I’m just curious if there’s a psychological or biological explanation.
admin answers:
It is just a natural reflex because when we think we look around for inspiration. Even if it is an easy question we still sometimes look away to acknowledge the fact we are thinking.
Richard asks…
does this celebrity hate his female fans?
If an actor (Josh radnor) says “There is something ugly about women who want to be with you because you are on a movie or tv show”
during an interview does that make him a jerk or not?
Also do you think he is saying he does not like his female fans?
Do you think he gets annoyed when girls ask for his autograph?
here is the full question and answer.
Q2
PLAYBOY: Has that familiarity ever translated into female fans wanting to know you in a personal way?
RADNOR: There’s something really ugly about women who want to be with you just because they saw you in a movie or on a show. I was out one night and this girl left her friends at their table to come over and ask me if I was on How I Met Your Mother. I said I was, and she rejoined her friends, who just kept staring, so I went over and shook some hands. Later a guy handed me a note from this girl that read, “Josh, do you want to sleep with me tonight?” It had this box where I could check yes or no. I turned bright red and said, “Uh, I have a girlfriend”—which I didn’t at the time.
admin answers:
No, it doesn’t make him a jerk, it means he does not like goldiggers or famewhores, but wants someone who likes him for him. It doesn’t mean he doesn’t like his female fans, just means he doesn’t like hos
David asks…

What is your most annoying habit?
Have you ever seen a UFO or a ghost?
Who is your celebrity crush?
What are somethings that you can’t leave the house without?
What are you really bad at?

admin answers:
I would ask not one of your questions!
1. Is there anything other than acting you would rather do?
2. Name 3 people you admire.
3. Does being a celebrity prevent you from being or doing something you really like?
4. Which is tougher, acting or being a celebrity?
5. Can I have a job?
